California Central Coast - Santa Cruz Mountains Area Winery Weddings

The Santa Cruz Mountains' appellation encompasses the wineries of Santa Clara County and San Mateo County as well as those of its namesake, Santa Cruz County. All are located in convenient proximity to the San Francisco Bay area. Yes, the eastern side of the coastal range is best known as Silicon Valley. Yet, the surprise is that some of California's most historic wineries are located here. In this region Winery Wedding Guide has found winery-wedding locations climbing close to the peak of Mount Madonna, venues overlooking the sparkling waters of Half Moon Bay or San Francisco Bay, venues in the midst of redwood forests - all with welcoming hospitality.
Two Santa Cruz Mountains' wineries, while not available for weddings,are able to host unique and intimate wedding-related events, such as rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, family gatherings. Look for them following the Winery Wedding venues listed below.
Bargetto Winery
A creek side courtyard is available year-round, weather permitting. During
non-harvest months, the historic wine cellars create a special ambience. Yet
another possible venue is the tasting room facility.
